Ordering online is quick and easy at Testovox.com. When you place your order you will have the option of either creating an account or simply checking out as a guest. In either case we will ask you for the minimum information required for processing your order. Orders that include promotional items will ship the free products using standard shipping, only paid products will be sent with selected carrier services. Should you choose to create an account you will enjoy the benefit of faster ordering the next time you visit.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Several payment methods are available at checkout, including Credit Card, Paypal, and Amazon Payments. All payment details are processed using industry-standard encryption to keep your information safe and secure. For your added protection, Testovox.com does not store your full financial information on our servers. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. We may cancel an order at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to revoke or correct stated offers at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship Monday through Saturday. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase or the following business day. All buyers will receive an email containing tracking information as soon as the item(s) are shipped. USA residents are always eligible for Free Shipping. All orders over $250.00 are shipped with signature confirmation.
If a package is returned after delivery has been attempted, returned due to an incorrect address, refused at delivery or otherwise marked ‘RETURN TO SENDER’ you will be refunded for the order amount less the shipping cost.
International orders do NOT include any pre-paid customs taxes or fees that may be charged by your country. If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for that payment. Additionally, we do not take responsibility for shipments confiscated, destroyed or held by Customs nor will we attempt to misrepresent package contents. You are responsible for ensuring that all items in your purchase are legally able to be imported to your country.
Cancellations & Errors
Our goal is to provide fast and reliable shipping with all of our supplements. Orders are processed within approximately 30 minutes during our normal business hours. Because of our speedy fulfillment process, we are not able to guarantee that requests for cancellation or error correction will be made after 30 minutes past the time of processing.
Returns & Replacements
You must contact us during our hours of operation to confirm a return authorization. Our customer service team will do everything they can to ensure satisfaction with your experience at Testovox.com. If a return authorization is not given, your package may be refused. You must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt for a return authorization relating to errors or mis-shipments.
In the event that you need to return an item, it must be unopened and in its original condition to receive full credit. All merchandise must be returned at your expense.
